Deliveries are handled by a courier service. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once the package has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.
Delivery usually takes between 1 to 3 working days after order confirmation. For custom-made products or larger quantities, we reserve the right to extend the delivery period. You will be notified in due time should this occur.
For orders up to €50: €5.90
For orders over €50: Free delivery
Delivery is available within the Republic of Slovenia. For international shipping, please contact us directly.
For digital products (e.g., PDF materials, online courses, video content), delivery is automated:

Digital products are accessible immediately or within 24 hours of payment.

In the event of visible damage to the packaging upon delivery, we kindly ask that you:
Take a photo of the damage,
Refuse delivery if the contents are visibly damaged,
Or notify us immediately so we can initiate a claim with the courier service.
